Steele Heights Baptist Church (SHBC) seeks a Spirit-filled and dynamic part-time Worship Coordinator. This new position is a result of our multi-site Sunday morning format, that has been meeting on site in the Steele Heights gym, and, Lord willing, transitioning off-site to a new location in the Fall of 2026. It is an exciting opportunity for a growth-minded leader dedicated to building, coordinating, and providing leadership to the worship ministry at our new multi-site plant at SHBC.
In conjunction with the Site Pastor and leadership team, they will oversee the development, improvement, and planning required for Sunday Worship and special seasonal services, including, but not limited to, music, media and live streaming, creative arts, tech team, leading, and recruiting and equipping volunteers for worship ministry.
