German Bible Camp 2026
The German Bible Camp is happening at Camp Caroline on the second weekend in September 2026, but if you were expecting Lederhosen and Dirndl you would be disappointed. The participants are primarily of German origin, usually first- or second-generation immigrants, who have become very bilingual and happily merged their European heritage with a Canadian one. Amidst a lot of English, we hear the mother tongue, and although presentations are in German, there is an English summary sheet provided for our non-bilingual guests. We enjoy the music we remember from our childhood and have great fellowship around the tables, often with a good German sausage.
You can choose between two dates for registration:
- Extended weekend: September 10 – 13, 2026 (Thursday to Sunday)
- Regular weekend: September 11 – 13, 2026 (Friday to Sunday)
We welcome all new campers, German or not, as the camp in 2026 is significant for two reasons. First, it is the 50th anniversary of the German Bible Camp and we are celebrating God’s faithfulness over five decades. Second, the German Bible Camp in 2026 will be the final German Bible Camp.
