Terry Fossen

As a young boy (from a family of 10 children), Terry Fossen came to faith in Christ through the ministries of the NAB church in the village of Carbon, Alberta. It was while completing his seminary education in Sioux Falls that he met his wife and ministry partner, Tamara. Since 1980, when Terry and Tamara responded to a pastoral call from Central Baptist Church (Edmonton), they have made Edmonton their home. During that time Terry has served as a pastor, as a professor/administrator at NABC/Taylor, as missionary to Nigeria and (for more than 14 years) as a Regional Minister of the Alberta Baptist Association where he is blessed to work and grow alongside pastors and lay leaders among the churches of the ABA. In addition to sharing from the Word of God, Terry enjoys swimming, watching (good) historically based movies, travelling whenever and wherever, as well as (of course) spending as much time as possible with his wife, his six children (and spouses) and his 11 grandchildren (to date).
