Shaila Visser is the National Director of Alpha Canada and the Global Senior Vice-President of Alpha International. A strategic and visionary leader, she is the Executive Producer of the Alpha Film Series and the Alpha Youth Film Series and serves on the Board of the Damascus Road Foundation.
Deeply passionate about evangelism, Shaila is dedicated to helping people encounter Jesus and equipping the Church to thrive. Known for her clarity, warmth, conviction, and ability to unite leaders across generations and church traditions, she brings both relational strength and cultural awareness to her roles.
Rooted in her vibrant Anglo-Indian heritage, Shaila values diversity, hospitality, and mentoring the next generation. She lives in Vancouver with her husband Ryan, a Vancouver Police Officer, and their two dogs, Talon and Benny. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hosting people in her home and pursuing personal growth in health and fitness.
