The Youth Pastor role is a position designed to give leadership and support to Alive Youth Ministry (grades 7-12) at Southwest Community Church. The Youth Pastor will lead, develop, and shepherd a vibrant youth ministry within a growing multi-ethnic church plant. This leader will cultivate a Christ-centered, culturally aware, and relationally driven ministry that reflects the diversity of the congregation and community.
