The Worship Ministries Director at Renfrew Baptist Church will provide spiritual and strategic leadership for all worship ministries, serve as a director, developer, and manager who helps volunteers and congregants grow in their relationship with Jesus through worship. The role includes leading Sunday worship services, recruiting, training, and mentoring worship leaders and ministry volunteers, and cultivating future leaders within the worship ministry. The Director will oversee planning, administration, budgeting, scheduling, and the ongoing development of a high-quality and engaging Sunday morning experience that aligns with the church’s mission and values. The position requires a mature Christian character, strong leadership and communication skills, a commitment to personal spiritual growth, and the ability to work collaboratively while fostering healthy relationships and ministry excellence.
