Word & Table is a one-year, immersive Christian training experience designed to help young adults discern and strengthen the trajectory of their lives. At its heart, the experience is shaped around worship, community, and mission — helping young adults grow in Scripture, prayer, friendship, service, calling, and courage. The Interim Director will take the 30,000-foot vision and help turn it into a real, relational, faithful, and sustainable program. This role is for a prayerful, entrepreneurial, grounded Christian leader who loves Jesus, loves the church, believes in the next generation, and can move from big-picture vision to practical execution with energy, humility, and faith.
