The Associate Pastor must have strong people skills with an accompanying ability to organize and connect people together. The Associate Pastor will be responsible for assimilation of people into the church family and into a healthy discipleship trajectory. As such it is essential that the Associate Pastor be a proven leader, who can attract and use spiritual influence to assist the church in its mission.
