Responsibilities include overseeing adult ministries, pastoral care, volunteer recruitment, leadership development, community engagement, and key clergy functions such as weddings, funerals, and visitation. As a member of the pastoral leadership team, the Associate Pastor also contributes to preaching, strategic planning, administration, budgeting, and the overall spiritual direction of the church.
