Summary
Interim Pastor who has a calling on his life as a shepherd, loves people and has a passion to foster community within the church through the Word of God, prayer, and evangelism/outreach. He must be a leader who works to meet the needs of the congregation and guides the church as it searches for a permanent Lead Pastor. He must engage people in corporate worship, encourage them to grow spiritually, connect them with serving opportunities and challenge them in fulfilling the great commission.
